Public Spaces & Events

Hi there! I am a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with over 2 years of yoga teaching experience. Based in Boston’s Northshore area, I have a passion for weaving yoga into our different parts of our lives from our everyday routines to a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Previously a food scientist, I spent 8 years working in an office & lab while discovering my love for teaching yoga. Now, I teach a range of yoga classes, including vinyasa, yin, and sculpt at yoga studios in the Northshore. Outside of yoga, I’m probably walking my dog or catching up on a multitude of reality TV shows. Teaching yoga is what I love to do most, and I would be thrilled to collaborate with you on an event, corporate workshop, or anything you have in mind!
